I have a Content Security Blade Server (M7) version 5.6, this filter the emails of the customers to the cloud (We are a ISP).
The problems is that some customers not be able to send email or connect to their mail server.
If I make a telnet to mail server using the port 25 inside the customer network, show me trying to connect and then time out.
Also, If I make a telnet to the mail server of another ISP the telnet is successful
but if I remove the client IP to not go through the Blade, he is able to send email and connect to his mail server.
I made a email report with the IP or domain of the customer but the Blade don't show me nothing.
What could be happend?
