We are running a new mail server from SendGrid and after 2 days sending to 12,000 email addresses at coutts.com and hsbc.com we are getting tagged as high -risk
Has anyone one got any thoughts on how we get off this list?
Moving this provisionally from the Security Awareness area to Business General Discussion for better attention.
Is it SiteAdvisor that's throwing up the warnings by any chance?

The domains are coutts.com and hsbc.com
They both use the Macaffe Email Gateway that uses the McAffee Global Threat Database.
The emails we sent are all opted in as well.
reputation has been updated.
That is most kind - thank you
How can I test that the reputation has been restored?
Thanks Adam. OK moved this to Email Gateway as a better spot. Is the matter solved?
it'll take a few hours for the updates to propagate globally, then you should be good to go.
yup, it's solved.
Thank you Adam - Thank you Peter
Ok, all the best. ;-)
