What is your operating system and service pack please? Also is Internet Explorer up to date and at default settings?
This is important because McAfee used IE regardless of whatever browser you use.
Also, when you ran the other software removal tool did it report that is was successful?

Windows Home Basic Service pack 1 and iE settings are default it succeeded downloading all data that is needed for installation
yes that removal tool showed it was succesful

Is Windows 7 up to date with all Windows Updates? You could try running the preinstall tool to see if that helps and then try the installation again.
It appears that Imageshack is down for the moment so I can't see the image.
Go to Control Panel > Programs > Uninstall a program and uninstall anything McAfee.
Then run the MCPR cleanup tool http://download.mcafee.com/products/licensed/cust_support_patches/MCPR.exe
Reboot and run the McPreinstall tool I listed in my last post.
Then download from your online account and reinstall.
windows is updated fully thanks now i will try preinstall tool /reboot and turn back btw i changed screenshot link it is to work now
