Allow Endpoint Encryption for Removable Media to encrypt USB drive

Is there a way for me to block all USB drives that are not encrypted with McAfee Endpoint Encryption for Files and Folders (EERM) and still allow unencrypted USB drives to be encrypted with EERM? The way it is right now if I plug in an unencrypted USB drive Host DLP blocks it and when I get prompted by EERM to encrypt it will not let me encrypt the drive. Is there a way to allow the EERM to encrypt the USB drive and then allow it to be accessed after it is encrypted?  Thanks.
