Well they are partially correct but it may not be McAfee's fault. This usually results from a broken installation of antivirus or an incomplete removal of same and is curable according to this I found doing a Google search for "Can't find engine "VBScript" for script."
See if that helps.
Meanwhile did you have a problem with installing/uninstalling McAfee at any stage or have you used a registry cleaner at some stage?
I have used a registry cleaner.
And instead of C:\Windows\system32\vbscript.dll I found C:\Program files\Common Files\McAfee\SystemCore\Script.SN20130127003210.dll
Is it the evidence of a problem with McAfee?
Now I try to fix it.
3 hours lost on this problem.
Thanks again for your time. I appreciate.

Yes had McAfee operated normally that would have been changed back to default on uninstallation. Introducing registry cleaners into the equation always messes things up in the end and I certainly don't recommend them.
Do the change that person mentions in that link I posted, or post for help on a Windows forum.
Or you can contact our Technical Support for free by phone or online chat, linked under Useful Links at the top of this page.
Yes the changes suggested worked perfectly.
I am extremely happy because I work daily with this script and I was blocked.
