I would contact Technical Support, it's free by phone of online chat and linked under Useful Links at the top of this page.
It isn't always unusual for MVT to produce a bunch of errors but they would know for sure what's going on.
I have contact Technical Support twise but nothing have helpt.
My firewall is turnd off and I can't get it on. But all is green.
I cant see my network.
Uninstall via Control Panel > Programs
Reboot and then install again from your online account.
If that doesn't work contact Tech Support again and ask for escalation to higher level this time.
