McAfee Agent for Mac (4.6.0.3122) Deployment issue

We have a very small MacBook user community and use ePO to manage the McAfee product suite to protect those iOS devices.  When attempting to push the McAfee Agent to some (not all) MacBooks, we are seeing this is the deployment logs on the ePO Server:

      2/12/13 11:09:07 AM  SSH Output: "disk1" ejected.

2/12/13 11:09:07 AM  SSH Output: Server sent command exit status 1

I "bolded" the line that is perplexing, because this indicates the certificate on the installer is not valid, yet it runs fine on other MacBooks.

Has anyone else using ePO to push to MacBooks seen anything like this? and if so, is there a way to work around the issue?
