please explain EXACTLY what the problem is with your laptop, and include any error messages, then we can perhaps find a solution..
It's unlikely you will be able to recover anything without the assistance of the laptop owner.
Iam facing issue while windows are booting.
1.Dell logo is showing while start up the system.
2.Next screen showing start windows in Safe mode,Normal mode.
3.I have tried both safe mode and Normal mode,
4.In both the modes Laptop is restarting after 10 seconds while booting,
I have called to local dell technical support ,They said it is a OS issue.
I can install new OS but i will lost all my datas in my C drive.
I have gone through diagnostics, everything went OK.
Hi Safe boot,
I am the Laptop owner.
I don't understand - what makes you think your machine is encrypted? If you turn it on, and it goes straight into Windows without displaying any pre-boot authentication screen, or even the "Starting EEPC/SafeBoot" message, then it seems unlikely there is any encryption?
