      Hi All

Am I correct in thinking that I can not do a agent wake up call to devices that are NAT'ed? I have ports open for this to happen but its doesnt...

      Regards

That's correct - ePO only knows the IP that the clients report, so if that's not reachable from the ePO server wakeups will fail.

This is one of the scenarios that an agent handler can help with - if you can put an AH somewhere where it can see the clients - the DMZ, for example - then the AH will be able to wake up the clients. I'dd suggest having a look at the AH White Paper which describes this scenario.

          HTH -
