Thank you very much for you prompt reply. I tried to run the program again but still the same. Could you tell me exactly the communication process with Technical Support? (This link http://service.mcafee.com/FAQDocument.aspx?id=TS101331 says somewhere that sends the file). I am from Greece and here no number to call. Also there is no online chat Greece as a country of choice. In online chat too (I tried it with another country) says it needs to use the e-mail activation macfee. My computer was preinstalled macfee and not used for any e-mail turned-on. Just tried it (macfee) for a few days. Where I can send the file than I attached above and tell me what happens? Thanks very much in advance! (Sorry for the delay in my response and my English).

Please open the following link
1. If you are a new User - register by clicking the New use option
2. If you are a registered user , login and go to interactive Support .
3. You can either select "create a Service request" or Technical support chat
Service request support is through email and Technical support chat is a online chat support
