do you have access to Safeboot server? (you will need SDB file for your machine from server) to decrypt it
Yes, I have access to Sefeboot server and to SDB file. And I am able to decrypt C: partition, that is a system partition. The problem is that I don't have to decrypt C: partition, that now is not encrypted (I formatted it). But I have to decrypt only D: partition, and I can't access it from safeboot recovery software.
You need to force decrypt the sector range that d: comprises, since you deleted the internal information when you decrypted c:
You can get the sector range from the disk information screen in xTech.
-get machine sdb file
-boot to wintech recovery cd
-check disk iformation and jog down sector information for D:
-then go to force disk
-put in the sector information
-then press decrypt
-after finish reboot
After decyption the D partition should be available
