Go to Menu > Software > Software Manager
Make sure to have the McAfee Agent package in the "Checked In" software.
Yes, it is checked in and has been working properly. I am trying to force an update to apply Patch 3. Everything I try does not seem to put the patch to the clients. When I look at the logs and on the client, it shows patches installed as None.
Please confirm if you have agent extension installed to the ePO server. The screenshot says that agent check was done on 16th Jan. After that did you remove Agent extesnsion from ePO?
