You need to call your IT department - they can use a WinPE disk with encryption drivers to access your machine and either copy the data off, repair Windows, or remove the encryption.
It's not something you can do without their help.
If they would have helped, i would not have asked here. The solution with them is to re-image the system which will wipe everything. If i know my password, cant i decrypt my HD myself. I just need the soft to decrypt drive after validation.
No, it's not something you can do without their permission - you need a unique code, and the diagnostic toolkit which they have.
If they will supply you with the tools and the access code, sure, you can push the buttons, but you can't download the toolkit.
Unfortunatly, the machine belongs to your company, so if they decide not to recover it, we can't really do anything to bypass their wishes.
