I just want to tell you we aren't ignoring you, rather scratching our heads as that error could be caused by so many things. If it's causing an issue I would contact Technical Support directly, it's free by phone or online chat and available through Useful Links at the top of this page.
Sorry to be so vague as I, for one, don't use that service but I wanted to tell you we haven't forgotten you.
Technicians are at a premium here over the holidays unfortunately.

Online Backup was unable to open or backup one or more files.
Online Backup cannot backup password-protected or encrypted files.
To resolve this issue remove file passwords or encryption:
- Remove file passwords by following the user guide specific to the application that provided the password protection.
- Remove any file encryption by following the user guide for third-party encryption applications used to protect the files.
- Deselect all such files from the Online Backup backup list .
