Have had MAJOR issues with hackers in the past, I run a small banking website, and we are constantly harassed, anyone have any experience?

This sounds like a question more for a Windows forum but more information might help. Are you asking about preventing spammers posting to your website or hackers breaking into your website or what? If so there isn't anything here that can help you really. You should be contacting the support for whomever hosts the website or posting on any support forums they may have.
This might get some feedback in one of the Business sections. We should leave it here for a day or two to see if anyone sees it and, if not, move it elsewhere for higher visibility.
The question is a good one, and I've seen this subject raised in many other places. There isn't a simple answer to securing a website against attack, but one of the starting points is, as always, to make sure the server-side software is fully-patched. If this is a banking application there are all sorts of concerns about secure connections, authentication, spoofing, MITM and MITB attacks, SQL injection, you name it. If there's a security forum for these things I'll try to post a link to it.
