- Though not required in the documentation, I'd enable FIPS mode in the group policy of the Windows server hosting ePO.
- ePO needs to be installed in FIPS mode. Well, it doesn't *have* to be, but it's highly recommended. I don't think they completely validate FIPS compliance without doing this.
- All packages need to be checked in after ePO is in FIPS mode to ensure they're checked in via FIPS.
- EEAgent and EEPC need to be deployed with a command line option of FIPSMODE=1.
I just had to go through all of this at my company.
