After upgrading from PA 5.3 to PA 18.104.22.168, waiting for all content check-ins to complete and configuring audits... We got results that were successfully processed.
Now the problem is, once the audits expire, ePO does not receiece / fails to process anymore results. Here is an excerpt from orion.log:

This shows up as "Exception thrown during audit results processing" such as in KB74772, but this issue was fixed in PA 6.0.1 whcih we're using.
I don't understand why it works once, but then stops.
Is there a way to completely wipe out PA 6 and all the tables it uses in the database, then reinstall fresh? We've tried reloading the extensions and reconfiguring the audits.
