EEPC support for computers out of domain

      Hi Everyone.

      I have EEPC 6.1.3 and ePO 4.6

We have some request from our final users to install EEPC in a few computers out of domain. All the information in the documentation says that EEPC requires AD.

Yes. EEPC 6 requires Active Directory . If you do not use Active Directory for user management, you should stay on EEPC 5. There are some plans on the roadmap to support other LDAPs, but those will not be immediately available in EEPC 6.1.

What happens if I do not use Active Directory or an LDAP server? If you do not use Active Directory or another supported LDAP server, EEPC 6.0 will not be able to reference any user information. For example, you will not be able to assign a user to a system.

Is there any way to have this computers out of domain with EEPC? It's expected to have this functionality in EEPC 7?
