Today, some of our field technicians have reported being unable to use the Enpoint Encryption Manager console, getting the above error before their credentials are requested. We are also unable to install Endpoint on new machines (ones with the client already installed appear to be fine). I can only open the EEM console if I am logged into the server itself and running it from there. To my knowledge, there have been no changes to our environment or firewall. What should I look for first in troubleshooting? BTW, my expertise in this product is somewhere between 1 and 3 on a 1-10 scale. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
