    Endpoint will not encytp device

      Hi,

We have several devices that just won't seem to encrypt even though they have all correct policies in place (as proven by some devices in the same group being encrypted).

Some information copied from a problem device is here (apologies for the Norwegian lines in it!) >

Essentially the problem seems to lie with the line >

EPE_user_incosistent_policy_exception: [0xEE050004] User data is missing [F2FAD85F02BE75468C9B118393915FCB] (missing self recovery data): Code :3993305092

Can someone let me know how to identify the user ID for the [F2FAD85F02BE75468C9B118393915FCB] user??

Also, any other assistance on how to fix this issue would be MUCH appreciated!

Devices are running Windows 7, ePO 4.6 Patch 4,
