That would indicate to me that hardware needs driver updates, possibly your graphics, but it could be just about anything really. Technical Support is the best option here as they can troubleshoot it by remote connection. Linked under Useful Links at the top of this page.
All I can suggest is to make sure that your system, software and hardware are all up to date with updates, drivers etc. etc., including any parts you may not normally use, such as Internet Explorer if you normally use Firefox for instance.
Have been on Dell Your Tech Team Support for 2 days. Absolutely everything checks out and the only time it happens is when I allow McAfee to update. They referred me to you and have been calling me back to see if the problem is fixed. Have not been able to get through by phone so I decided to come here.
Would rather speak and work by phone with a tech. Do you have a number that really works?
According to Support their current phone wait time is a maximum of 10 minutes but you could try via Customer Service:
