SuperDAT Notify "unable to open file"

Hi,  I am new to this so forgive me for not introducing myself properly.

I am attempting to update VirusScan Enterprise 8.7.0i on a group of computers.  These systems have no access to the internet so the Sdat file has to be ran manually to update the Virus scanner, from a shared location.  all of the systems run the sdat no problem apart from one which i am recieving the error message "unable to open file"  the log file shows

I have had a look around and cant seem to find any full way of rectifying the problem,  the system currently has sdat 6844.

can anyone give me any pointers?  many thanks in advance
