Hello all, I have a user who keeps getting a blue screen of death (BSOD) with the following message:
Stop: 0X000000D1(0X00000008, 0X00000002, 0X00000001, 0XBA3B047F) Firehk.sys - Address BA3B047F base at BA3B0000 Datestamp 46eae502
We are on HIPS 184.108.40.2068 and I believe the firehk.sys is a HIPS system file.
Any ideas out there on how to fix this?

Build 688 is the RTW build. The current build is 794 (Patch 1). I would install that before opening a service request.
