I purchased McAfee total protection in July. Apparently before my trial was over. Now, it won't update and it just keeps telling me that my trial period is over. I finally found a number I could call, only despite saying their hours were until 9pm pacific time, the recording I got said they were only open until 8pm monutain time. Being an idiot I didn't write down the number and now I can't find it. When I go to the phone tech support page NOTHING LOADS. Starting to get SERIOUSLY aggravated. Please, please help!!!!!!!!
It should be easily fixable by a complete uninstall via Control Panel and then run the MCPR cleanup tool listed under Useful Links at the top of this page, reboot and then reinstall from the current online account.

Okay. As for the link I gave, the bit in the screenshot is the only part of it that applies to the US so you're not missing much.
