Moving to correct forum
I think fcag.exe is the agent itself.
There are a number of DLP exe that run when it's installed and from using Process Explorer (Sysinternals) and a bit of guess work i would say
fcags.exe - Endpoint Service
Which spawns -> fcagswd.exe - Endpoint Service WatchDog - i would guess this monitors the main process and prevents termination etc
fcag.exe - The agent itself. A guess would be it stands for File Control AGent
Which spawns -> fcagte.exe (twice)
Seeing what DLP actually does then i would assume that fcag.exe ( & fcagte.exe) is doing everything that DLP does.
So that would be scanning files for tag matching, text pattern matching, dictionary look-ups and monitoring usb devices on mounting
The fcagte process is the text extractor. It pulls the content from the files into something the DLP agent (fcag) can process.
