Hello all.....   We are using ThinPrint with VM View.  It appears ThinPrint uses a port that McAfee does not look at for printing controls. So bascailly with this configuration using printing controls with McAfee is pointless.   Does anyone know of a way to have a DLP agent look at this port to block/monitor printing?

Thanks in advance for any assistance.

I havent figured out how to get McAfee to control the ThinPrint Port Monitor either. I was given two options:

          1. prevent  printer objects from being created by stopping the TP Autoconnect Service.

          2. use a print server with their ThinPrint Server Engine

The second one seems to allow more fine tuning and granular controls on who prints where.
