Uncheck the "Log all blocked" box.

There is not a way to NOT log events like this. Unchecking LOG ALL BLOCK will cause all blocked traffic to not be logged, which isn't useful for troubleshooting issues. You could change this on clients locally (option cannot be changed by ePO policy; must be changed locally on each client) and then enable LOG ALL BLOCKED when you need it.
