Hello all - I'm new to EPO so there maybe a very simple answer to this question.
I've had PCs which were in a managed state moved to a new QA OU (seperate tree from previously) and are now in an un-managed state. I've checked at the organization level and synchronization is enabled (which I've ran manually) but the devices are still be reported unmanaged.
From the EPO webpage (4.5) Actions -> Directory Management -> Ping device, this is reporting Failed to determine host IP address (there appears to be some mis-match on the AD side)?
Does anyone have any ideas what I could do to resolve this?
