So you emailed the file zipped up and password protected?
Did you receive a reply immediately if so reply to it and change subject to say false +ve and detection name. Say also in the bodt=y why you think it is and send it off. Post the analysis ID in the email here.
If no answer/fix in 3 days post back and I will ping a tech to personally fix this.

No, I did not email the file itself. The page I was looking at when I sent it didn't say to include the file. But showvik has responded and said it is suppressed and when I re-installed and ran the application, it was not deleted by Total Protection. This appears to be resolved now.
