If you previously had it working and activated you should have an online account at https://home.mcafee.com/Secure/MyAccount/DashBoard.aspx just change the country at the top right. Enter your email and password and the software should be available for download.
However if that isn't the case then look on your PC maker's website or your ISP's website for their coverage as it may be downloadable from them.
If that's no good try phoning (or use online chat) the Customer Service department, linked under Useful Links at the top of this page.
