    why can't I get any of my McAfee products to work? including update, scan, autoprotect and Virtual tech

      Hi all,

       

      I've got 52days left on my subscription but suddenly can't get my McAfee software to work.

       

      First I tried to scan but was just stuck as o% and items scanned at 0.

      Then I tried to update it but the same stuck at 0.

      I downloaded Virtual technicion but when I get as far as scanning application virus scan 'check components' it seems to stop and doesn't go any further.

      Also the auto-protect feature like my firewall and real time scanning have turned themselves off.

       

      any ideas?
