Ensure you are not using Internet Explorer Beta; McAfee does not support beta products or software.

A blank window is due to the script engine that is not functioning properly.
You can also try the below steps to Re-register JScript.dll and VBScript.dll:
- Click Start and select the Search box.
- Type the following command and press ENTER:
- Right-click command and select Open as Administrator.
- Type each of the following commands and press ENTER after each one. After each command has run, you see a success or failure message:

i am using Internet Explorer 9 .
tried all these commands and succeded also...but still same problem
mcafee ask for the activation details when i put my email id and other deatils and click next...it show that exclamatory screen again

tried that thrice..but still it is showing activate your product..
call me between 8.30 pm to 10 Pm today if u can....to access the system...
or call me tomarrow between 1 PM to 2.30 PM
Hi jai, karthik called me yesterday around 9pm and the issue was solved...right click on m icon was not showing Activate your product.
But "Verify your Subscription" option was missing..
So he told me to unistall the mcafee and reinstall it...
i have did this today and installed from mcafee>mylogin>Device protection>download...
Now mcafee is working fine, its showing me the correct subscription details, missing option of "verify your subscription" is also shown now...
But the problem not that is "Right click scan is not working" correctly...
It always starts the "Quick Scan" of Drive C:/windows/system32...
even if i have clicked on a folder or a file on any drive....
