You need to find the location of the frminst.exe program and run this command:
"c:\Program Files\Network Associates\Common Framework\frminst.exe" /forceuninstall
Note: This example assumes default installation directory path, you should check this is the same for you and adjust accordingly.

Although to be fair that is likely to be exactly what the OfficeScan installer will already be trying to do.

I have used Mcafee uninstaller tool MCPR2.exe and tried to uninstall AV. but still i am showing Framework service in services.msc and also below path is not found in my pc.
c:\Program Files\Network Associates\Common Framework
