    Download Software Product List task Failed, any help?

      Download was successful for 3 weeks after epo installation.

      see log below:

      Completed: Download Software Product List (Failed to download the products list due to "Failed to connect to the Software Catalog server.")

      Seems to be security/gateway appliance issue, but my security device settings have not changed for the past 4weeks and epo was working correctly with the same appliance.

      Does anyone have an idea on how to solve this problem?
