You can password protect the interface to prevent user interaction without the proper password. You can set the password in ePO.
Just to make sure, we're talking about the same interface, right?
I'm talking about the Exchange Client Extensions in Outlook.. Accessible via:
Tools>Trust Center>Add-ins>click drop-down at bottom>Exchange Client Extensions>Click Go (Located in Add-in Manager)
That's where I don't want people unchecking Add-ins.
If that's agreed, how would I go about doing that via ePO?
I am by no means an Exchange expert, but I believe that can actually be controlled via Exchange policy.
ePO policy couldn't block access to any specific Outlook functionality/settings.
