Please follow the steps outlined and run the McAfee Stinger scan which the document mentions. If nothing works then try to run the free version of this program www.malwarebytes.org

This program can disable AV programs so you may have to install them off an usb stick and use different file and folder names or follow the below if stinger fails.

If you can't stop the malicious process of LiveSecurity Platinum rogue you may use the free application called Process Killer(Pkiller.exe)
This is a free application which can be downloadedfrom this link.
Rename pkiller.exe to iexplore.exe and then runiexplore.exe
This should help you terminate the malicious processof Live Security Platinum rogue. Then you may download McAfee to remove this horrible virus from your PC, or other security program you like.
