    DAT file of VirusScan Entreprise 8.8 have to be updated manually from a managed computer

      The DAT version doesn't show into the console of the managed computer. The tech has to update the DAT file manually. The ePO agent (4.6.0.1694) seems to be communicating fine with the server.

       

       

      How can I fix the problem?
