    DAT file of VirusScan Entreprise 8.8 have to be updated manually from a managed computer

      The DAT version doesn't show into the console of the managed computer. The tech has to update the DAT file manually. The ePO agent ( seems to be communicating fine with the server.



      How can I fix the problem?
