I have 4 servers that when i try to view their logs nothing shows up. The text files do not open when in VirusScan Console, right click Access Protection and click view log. When i go into C:\ProgramData\McAfee the file DesktopProtection has a file type of File. On other computers the file type is file folder and there are about 6 log files with the file type Text Document.
I am using ePO 4.6, agent 188.8.131.522 and McAfee VirusScan 184.108.40.2069
Are there any settings that need to be changed so that i can view the logs on a windows server 2008 R2?
