MWG does not have an option to send all warning and errors from the Dashboard via eMail. However most warnings and errors generate an Incident. Each Incident is handled by the Error Handler in the rule engine, so any Event can be triggered, such as sending an eMail. A list of Incidents is listed in the product guide.
Examples for sending an eMail are already present in the default configuration but disabled. See the "Handle Update Incidents" rule set to find examples how to generate events from the Incident handler.
