    EEPC - preboot freeze after login after update to v6.2

      Hi,

       

      We experience that some of our clients freeze in preboot, after the user has authenticated in preboot. This happens after we pushed the latest update for the EEPC agent 1.2 and software 6.2 (update was done over the latest versions before those).

       

      If i boot with Wintech in order to try to remove the encryption, i cannot as it seems that disk information is broken.

       

      What can i do in order to try to recover these machines? Unfortunaltly, i cannot emergancy boot as i dont have a floppy
