I recieved following error mesage on mail log of Firewall on specific email. This message came due to mail blockage on IronMail due high TS Value
dsn=5.0.0, stat=Service unavailable
Kindly confirm that by which command I can trace that this mail was blocked due to TS Value ?
That error has nothing to do with trusted source. It is a DSN because the recipient device was unable to accept it and responded with "Service unavailable". If the recipient device was an Ironmail then they would need to call into support.
TS rejections would be 5.5.0 (or 5.3.0 i cant remember) "Spam message. Message not queued".
