Moved from Home and Home Office to Business ePolicy Orchestrator (ePO) for better attention.
I dont think you need to follow any special steps. As far as ePO goes, if the IP and Netbios name is not changing, clients should continue to communicate. If SQL Server is installed on the same system, it should continue to function without any configuration changes after joining the domain.
Please take a backup of the entire system (or atleast the ePO installation files and database as per KB66616) before joining to the domain.

lintocjose the problem may be caused by adding the DNS suffix to your ePO server's name because now the Apache ssl certs does not match your server's name.
