I'd like to know if there's any way to notificate someone when a ticket is past due regardless of who is the ticket owner.
I'd like to notify a manager about the past due tickets assinged to his employees.
I only found a way to notify the ticket owner himself.
Does anyone know if it's possible and how?

No, there isn't currently any mechanism to do what you're asking.
