Unable to connect to Internet on home wifi

I can't seem to connect to the Internet on my home wifi. But when

In school I can connect to the wifi using the same laptop.

I have done a reset of the router but no luck. The icon shows it

Is connected but the bubble does not appear in front of the icon

I have disabled mcafee antivirus but no luck. I tried diagnosing the problem

And the system said it was not able to get a ping request from the server

Windows says CANNOT COMMUNICATE WITH PRIMARY DNS SERVER (194.168.4.100)

network diagnostic pinged the remote host but did not receive a response

My system is running windows vista basic and the mcaffee product is total protection.

      Pls what can I do
