    Scanning in VSE 8.5 & 8.7

Is there a way to make the scan invisible instead of visable to the end user?

Haven't you posted this query in another forum too ? - if so please just make up your mind wher is most appropriate and post once :)

I'm running ePO 3.6 and the on demans scan task doesn't show on clinet systems when running - other than a scan32.exe process using the throttled cpu amount it's allocated  - so what happens with your ePO 4 version then ?

Yes ODS set from an EPO task is invisible except for the scan32.exe the "running" entry in the console and obv anything that gets picked up if you are showing alerts to users rather than just logging them back centrally
