Unfortunately it's an impossible question to answer - it depends entirely on what has changed in the master repository since the last replication.

Generally though, if for example we're talking about the daily change due to the daily DAT update, at the moment this would be around 110MB.

what if,i am only replicating the dat file and vse engine in selected package?and what would be size of update for client agents when they get the new updates from distributed repositories?

The DAT file changes every day, which means that the daily replication of the DATs is about 110MB. This is because the DAT package contains the full DAT zip file.

The client machines on the other hand, assuming they are up to date, only require the incremental update - the .GEM file - which averages at around 200-300kB per day.

Depending on how many machines are using a particular distributed repository, it may be more bandwidth-efficient to let them update from the master repo and forget about the distributed repository.  Another alternative is MA 4.6's Lazy Caching feature, which removes the need for replication tasks. Please see the MA 4.6 Product Guide for details.
