Think this needs moving to correct forum
Hi, I have the same problem with BB 9900, OS 7.0.

As there is little support in these forums for Mobile security I suggest you phone Technical Support linked under Useful Links at the top of this page. This section was created for a product that is actually now no longer supported. I believe somewhere in the agreement it tells you that support is available separately either through the link I just mentioned or phone your local Customer Service department and they will connect you. Also linked above.
I'm bringing the subject of Mobile support up on our conference call with McAfee next Monday as I think we need to have a dedicated section for the various new Mobile products. This section should then be archived perhaps.
