How to disallow users to Disable On-Access Scan

Hi all, I seem to be experiencing the oppisite of what many others are experencing. I have updated EPO to include VSE 8.8 and wish to deploy it to our client computers via tasks. I have sucessfully upgraded several client machines from 8.7 to 8.8 but there is a problem. In our environment we do NOT want users to be able to Disable On-Access Scan. We want that item to be greyed out. In 8.7 it was greyed out but after upgrading to 8.8 it is no longer greyed out.

The policies were migrated, they are enforcing and "Prevent McAfee services from being stopped" is selected in the policy. I have tried to unclick it/save and then reenable it but no matter what I do, I cannot get the Disable On-Access Scan to be greyed out.

Any help would be appreciated. I cannot deploy 8.8 if I cant get this figured out.

      Thanks in advance all,
