If possible please add a screen shot of the error message that you get on the computer, in your reply post. This will be helpful for us to understand the issue better.
A have no any screenshot about this issue. From me used OS is Windows 7 Pro and McAfee SaaS Endpoint Production 5.2.3 Patch 4. There is also the details:

Do you get the message when you try to run a scan on the computer or try to update the McAfee software or when you are trying to access any McAfee service.
None of them. This issue came once and never at other times during shutdown of computer.
Since then, I could not reproduce this issue. Is there another idea for this case?
