faulting module HcSvc.dll

One of my machines is restarting throughout the day. The user seems to think the restarts happen when they are opening a file from the network or attaching a file in Outlook from the network. But it doesn't always restart when doing these tasks.  When I check in the Windows event log under Application Logs I see the following:

Event Source: Application Error
Event Category: (100)
Event ID: 1000
Date:  4/5/2012
Time:  11:14:51 AM
User:  N/A

Faulting application services.exe, version 5.1.2600.5755, faulting module HcSvc.dll, version, fault address 0x00001cf2.

This machine is running:

Windows XP Pro SP1

McAfee Agent




This machine was recently upgraded from HIPS and that is when the issues started occurring. I have removed HIPS via an ePO Client task restarted the machine and then installed HIPS with another ePO client task and this did not correct the issue.
